"Two A Days"

If you've ever been around a football player in the summer or the early fall, then you have probably heard the term "two a days." It's when teams have practice twice a day. You often hear them referring to "two a days" in the sense of it being hard, nearly impossible, and almost dying.

Lately and for the next week, Chi Alpha here at UL is in the midst of "two a days." And even some days "four and five a days." We are running multiple events everyday and generally working 10 - 12 hours a day. It's hard and tiring, but so fruitful and amazing! Last night we wrapped up one event and was out of the building by 11:15 and was back on the go at 7am this morning. I now sit at my desk armed with a large cup of coffee and ready to tackle the first day of school for the fall semester 2010 at UL-Lafayette!!

The following are a few pics from Ragin Cajun Fan Day yesterday and also from snack packs that my roommate and I packed for all of our housemates for today. We were in bed last night after midnight and got to talking and then decided to get up and pack "lunches" for everyone. It was hilarious and I now keep getting text from my 15 other housemates. Hope they have a fabulous day!!!

Until then......
