Hi my name is Miranda and I am a caffeine addict and I've been clean for 8 days!!
It's true. I have been a caffeine addict for years and have decided to stop. I know that addictions of any kind are not good for us and are not good for our relationship with God either. Therefore I decided to kick the habit. I went cold turkey and so far have been fine. I think the fact that I was in bed with a sinus infection for my first three or four clean days helped a lot. But I saw it as a great opportunity to kick start my giving up and so here I am 8 days clean!
