Apparently getting older does make you forget things. Earlier tonight I had a great topic to post and had most of it in mind. However when I sat down to post I could not remember for the life of me what it was. I remember it had something to do with me and my relationship with God, but that's all I can think of. It absolutely drives me nuts when I can't remember something like that. Hopefully I'll think of it tomorrow.
In the mean time, I got the first few books this weekend to start my credentialing process with the Assemblies of God. Working for Chi Alpha requires us to hold credentials with the AG. During my internship next year I will get credit for more than half the required courses and then I have to do the rest via correspondence. I think there are five I have to do by May of next year. I went ahead and got my first two and am hoping to finish all five before my internship starts in August. Some programs require you to have them done before you start, others just require it before you finish. The Louisiana program requires it by the end but I figure while I have a bit of time and the summer, I might as well get ahead.
