Boys of Fall

Have I ever mentioned how much I love football?? Tonight I'm going to a local high school football game with some friends. I have no connection to this local high school and know nothing about it. I do however know that's it high school football and thus I'm excited!

It reminds me of a time in my life when things revolved around high school football. All through junior high and high school I was either the mascot or on the pep squad. Every week was about who we were going to play, the pep rally, making signs, and of course.. Friday Night!! My senior year I was voted "Most School Spirited."

I'm ready for a weekend of football. I don't get to indulge in football as much as I use to. It's actually not that often anymore that I get to watch a game. This weekend however there's high school football tonight and then UL has a home game tomorrow that I'll be at.
