iTeams

One of the larger parts of my portfolio at UL Chi Alpha is to oversee all of our iTeams and their leaders. iTeams are various teams that do everything from Book Clubs to Adventure teams, to cleaning the cafe every week. Our motto lately has pretty much been "there's an iTeam for that."

This year we have fifteen different iTeams being lead by 18 iTeam leaders. I get the privilege of overseeing these groups. I am so excited about these teams and their leaders this year. We have a fabulous group that is enthusiastic and will make this a phenomenal year for iTeams. They are a great way to serve in Chi Alpha and the community and a fabulous way for students to make friends and get plugged in.

This week being the first week of school is also the first week we have given students to sign up for iTeams. Over the last four days we have had about 75 students sign up to get involved!!!! Including iTeam leaders, that's around 90 students involved in iTeams!!!!!! Yay!!!!!

As part of our promotion of iTeams, I made a board displaying all fifteen teams. I had the leaders of each team take fun pictures and made "photobooth" type strips of each leader posing with some prop related to their iTeam. The pics below are a few of the leader pictures that I used on the board, along with a picture of the board, and a group shot of me and 15 of our leaders. I truly am excited about this year!!!

Until then......
