Almost Midnight Pancake Breakfast.....

Today our staff didn't get in until noon. Why you ask?? Because we were here until 2:15 this morning serving pancakes to hungry college students looking for a study break.

It's finals week and so all the rules are out the window. Students are studying like crazy or at least procrastinating like crazy. They're up all night and eat crazy things at crazy times. In their honor, we hosted our bi-annual Almost Midnight Pancake Breakfast. We started serving at 11:59 last night and there was a line out the door and around the building. We served awesome pancakes to about 200 students.

After they got their pancakes and piled on the toppings, students sat down to eat while watching their friends perform karaoke. Midnight, pancakes, and karaoke..... what more could you want in a night????



It really was such a blast. We had an incredible time. And I am indeed grateful for a late start this morning. I got in bed around 3am and was dead to the world until 10 this morning.

Tonight I'm looking forward to our end of the semester Christmas Soiree. We get all dressed up, eat dinner at this exclusive club, say farewell to a few graduating students, have a white elephant gift exchange, and the interns provide 'interntainment!' It is promising to be a phenomenal night!!!! Until then......
